A little introduction about me

 Health and fitness have always been huge passions of mine. In my younger years I have competed in an array of different sports, as I've got older I've taken this interest and drive into the gym. From my own training in the gym through different goals, sport specific styles, health & injury cycles, I now want to help others too!

With thousands of coaching hours under my belt, helping clients with confidence, form, lifestyle changes, progression, sport specific training etc... I can help you too!

Want a personalised or tailored training programme centred around your wants, needs and goals? This could be the package for you! Regular check in's, constant support, relevant education, progressive goal setting, in-depth technique work are all delivered to the highest standard and relevancy of the client.

No matter your level, complete beginner to advanced, there is always progress to made with some aspect of your training. Let's work together to achieve and advance further.

Got a friend, partner or family member you want to train with? No problem! Small group training can often give that edge over 1-2-1 training, providing you with  company, healthy competition to thrive off, more encouragement and interactivity etc....

I work with groups of 2-3 participants, this allows me to create sessions that are both progressive and engaging for all, as well as being a number to easily manage when looking at technique or work-load.

I try to always book Sophie's sessions now as I know I will always leave feeling that I have worked hard! Sophie pushes you to work hard but never makes you feel uncomfortable or pressured! "Sophie is an excellent PT. She is always supportive and helpful. I sometimes struggle with some of the exercises due to my joint problems, but Sophie will always help and guide me, and offer alternatives for me to do instead. The sessions are tough, but at the end of the class you feel fantastic. I honestly can't recommend her enough."
