No matter your level, complete beginner to advanced, there is always progress to made with some aspect of your training. Let's work together to achieve and advance further.

Got a friend, partner or family member you want to train with? No problem! I work with groups of 2-3 participants,  allowing me to create sessions that are both progressive and engaging for all, as well as being a number to easily manage when looking at technique or work-load. 

 

Small group training can often give that edge over 1-2-1 training, providing you with company, healthy competition to thrive off, more encouragement and interactivity etc....

Want a fun, progressive, well thought out plan, with the access of an app? With ease of being able to complete whenever and wherever you are, as well as being a super affordable option. I've got you covered!​

If you want or need a completely bespoke and tailored service and plan this is the option for you. Whether that is down to experience, confidence or injury etc...  we will work together to create an effective plan for yourself all whilst being a more affordable option than in person coaching.

Here’s the programme for you! Purely designed to help runners with mobility, power, strength and endurance as well as injury prevention, making this the go-to solution when looking for running support.

Based upon 2 strength training sessions per week, working across all key muscle groups and training specificities to aid and support your running schedule and goals.

Want to be able to achieve your first 5k run, or simply want to gain confidence and improve upon your current 5k time?

This 12 week RUNNING BUILDER Programme will provide you with the knowledge and tools to be able to make unstoppable progress and unbeatable PB's!

So, what's included? 

  • 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks.

  • Access to the Programme through an app, so you can perform anywhere at anytime.

  • Gain contact with myself as your coach to help you along your journey.

  • You get to join the SOPHITNESS TEAM, to take part in running/fitness events and competitions.

Want to set yourself a new challenge, or simply want to improve on your aerobic capacity? Then 'The Run Club' is the perfect option for you! Each session will provide a new stimulus and focus to your training, such as: power, technique, pacing, endurance etc..

So, what's included? 

  • 1 x session a week

  • Seasonal challenges relevant to your ability (5k,10k or half marathon races)
